Good news for Bollywood music fans.
Arijit Singh has set a new date for his Abu Dhabi concert - after postponing his show scheduled for May 9.
But ticket holders will have to wait until December 19 to see the Indian playback musician perform live at the Etihad Arena on Yas Island.
On the day of the original show date, Singh's events team Midas Events and Eva Live Middle East unexpectedly announced on social media that they had taken the "difficult decision" cancel the gig "due to recent events", amid fighting between India and Pakistan which had caused a disruption in air travel between the UAE and the warring countries.
Fans were advised that all purchased tickets would remain valid for the rescheduled date; concertgoers could also opt for a full refund.
Now that all the drama is behind us, hopefully fans can look forward to enjoying some of Singh's greatest hits like
"Tum Hi Ho," "Channa Mereya," and "Kesariya."
