Israeli airstrikes hit eastern Lebanon kill at least 10 people

At least 10 people were killed Friday when Israeli airstrikes hit the Baalbeck-Hermel region in eastern Lebanon, security sources and eyewitnesses said.

The Lebanese Health Ministry said the strikes wounded 28 others. Israeli airstrikes also hit areas in southern Lebanon and especially the port city of Tyre.
