ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)
The Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation (ADMAF) and Seoul Museum of Art (SEMA) have partnered to launch a new exhibition, Layered Medium: We Are in Open Circuits, taking place from May 16 until June 30, 2025 at Manarat Al Saadiyat, Abu Dhabi, charting Korea’s artistic responses to profound social and technological change.
The inaugural exhibition is first in a three-year collaboration between the two entities. The exhibition will showcase 48 works by 29 Korean artists from the 1960s to the present day, and will feature the first large-scale showcase of Korean contemporary art in the GCC.
Many of the works on display are being shown in the UAE for the first time.
