ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) announced the highest temperature recorded in the UAE on Friday, May 23 was 50.4°C in Al Shawamekh, located in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, at 14:30.
In a post on "X," the NCM said that the highest temperatures recorded across the country on Friday include the following:
- Al Shawamekh: 50.4°C at 14:30
- Sweihan: 49.7°C at 11:30
- Saih Al Salem: 49.5°C at 13:45
- Tawiyen: 49.3°C at 13:45
- Ashaab: 49.3°C at 15:15
