The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) announced that the highest temperature recorded in the UAE on Tuesday was 49.6°C in Mezaira, Al Dhafra Region at 3pm local time.
According to its bulletin on X, the weather bureau recorded the five highest temperatures across the country on Tuesday in the following areas:
- Mezaira: 49.6°C at 3:00pm
- Sweihan: 49.5°C at 3:45pm
- Gasyoura: 49.5°C at 3:15pm
- Hamim: 49.2°C at 2:30pm
- Saih Al Salem: 49.2°C at 1:30pm
