The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) announced that the highest temperature recorded in the UAE on Saturday was 49.9°C in Sweihan, located in the Al Ain Region, at 2:45 pm local time.
According to its bulletin on X, the weather bureau recorded the five highest temperatures across the country on Saturday in the following areas:
- Sweihan: 49.9°C at 2:45 pm
- Al Shawamekh: 49.8°C at 2:15 pm
- Al Wathbah: 49.3°C at 3:00 pm
- Mezaira: 49.1°C at 4:00 pm
- Al Ajban: 48.9°C at 2:30 pm
