Under the patronage of the Office of the Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region, the inaugural Tomouh Al Dhafra 2025 Career Fair will take place in Al Dhafra Region from 30 April to 1 May 2025.
Organised by the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), the Tomouh Al Dhafra Career Fair will empower UAE talent and enhance employment opportunities for Emiratis.
As the largest higher education institution in the UAE, HCT aims, through this initiative, to reinforce its contribution to sustainable development by aligning academic outcomes with the needs of the labour market.
The fair serves as a strategic annual platform to foster direct engagement between Emirati students and graduates, and a select group of government entities and private sector companies. It offers opportunities for employment and professional training in Al Dhafra Region, enabling young Emiratis to join advanced work environments and build promising careers.
HCT aspires to establish the event as a pivotal platform for career development and employment in the region by creating an interactive environment that connects individual ambitions with job opportunities, while strengthening partnerships between the public and private sectors to support the UAE’s future vision of a sustainable economy.
His Excellency Dr Faisal Al Ayyan, President and CEO of HCT, said: “The Tomouh Al Dhafra Career Fair is a practical embodiment of HCT’s mission to support and prepare young Emiratis for successful integration into the job market. By organising this fair, HCT aims to provide Emirati youth with world-class job opportunities, expanding their professional horizons and positioning the fair as a prestigious annual event that supports the creation of a promising future for young talent in Al Dhafra Region.
