UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Tuesday welcomed a delegation from the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi, along with the winners of the first edition of the Abu Dhabi Effortless Customer Experience Award, organised by the department, at Qasr Al Bahr.
His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, also attended the meeting.
His Highness congratulated the award recipients, commending their outstanding initiatives to enhance the quality of public services and encouraging them to continue pursuing innovation and excellence.
During the meeting, His Highness engaged in discussions with the department’s Customer Experience Team, highlighting key initiatives aimed at elevating service delivery.
H.H. underscored the importance of sustained engagement between service-oriented government entities and the community to ensure efficient, effective services that meet the needs of all segments of society.
His Highness also emphasised the value of fostering collaboration and innovation among individuals and businesses to drive positive social impact.
For its part, the department’s delegation affirmed its commitment to advancing service efficiency and improving accessibility by leveraging the latest technological solutions in the field.
