ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has released the weather forecast for the UAE from June 9 (Monday) until June 13 (Friday).
On Monday, residents can expect a humid start to the day with the possibility of fog or mist, especially in coastal and internal areas. Weather conditions remain generally fair, although convective cloud formation is likely in the east and north, possibly bringing rainfall. Temperatures will rise slightly and gradually. Winds will blow from the southeast to northeast at 10–25 km/h, occasionally strengthening up to 45 km/h, and causing dust and sand disturbances. Sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea will remain slight.
As for Tuesday, humidity continues into the morning with a greater chance of fog or mist westward. The weather remains fair with a slight chance of convective cloud development in the east, possibly resulting in light rain. Winds stay light to moderate from the southeast to northeast, reaching up to 40 km/h and may stir dust during the day. Sea conditions remain slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
Humidity persists into Wednesday morning with mist possible over coastal and internal areas. Fair weather dominates, though clouds may develop in the east by the afternoon and could be convective in nature. Winds will shift from southeasterly to northwesterly, freshening during the day and causing dust to blow at speeds up to 40 km/h. Sea conditions remain calm.
On Thursday, the trend of humidity will continue in the morning along the coast, along with a rise in temperatures. Weather conditions during the day will be generally fair, with some clouds appearing in eastern areas by the afternoon. Winds will again transition from southeast to northwest, freshening at times and reaching speeds up to 40 km/h with potential dust movement. Additionally, sea conditions will remain slight.
Finally, on Friday, there will be fair and partly cloudy skies, particularly in eastern regions. Winds will vary between southeasterly and northeasterly directions, staying light to moderate but freshening at times, with maximum speeds reaching 35 km/h. The conditions of the sea will continue to be slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
